Game Match Creation Fixes #281

When entering the preview of the tournament creation page there are two bugs that end up happening:

On first load it says "Error match not found" and doesn't load the game preview
Every time you change some settings you get a new notification that a match has been created which is really annoying.

[x] Fix the match not found. (it seems to be because the frontend is not sending a matchID)
[x] Stop sending notifications for tournament preview matches
[x] stop sending POST request to tournament backend for preview match results
