Adjust create tournament page #334

Here is the tournament page to refresh your memory:

We need to adjust a couple things:

[x] Number of Players in the tournament section should be => Max Participants
[x] Remove 'Registration Period' and 'host ID' in the tournament section
[x] Number of Rounds should be => Number of Lives
