Emoji hover background is barely visible #155

The background of hover interaction on the emojis is barely visible on dark theme. Used a more convenient color.

i use regular adwaita which is a dark theme, and it works fine? Please provide screenshots of your problem and your suggested solution

I'm on Pop!_OS Dark Theme. Current: image (It looks better on the screenshot than in RL on my display tho :sweat_smile:)

i don't really see the problem with the initial screenshot lol, but i merge anyway because becoming lighter on hover (although it's dumb in the case of regular labeled items, it reduces the contrast of the hovered item) seems to be adwaita's standard behavior
