Add galician translations #160

HI @maoschanz

First of all sorry for the conversation in my PR to support GNOME 40, clearly that PR had too many things included alongside the support.

I've moved my galician translations from https://github.com/frandieguez/emoji-selector-for-gnome/tree/master so we could land differnt parts.

Please consider mergind this PR.
