What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Add ability for user to enter "steps to reproduce" text area on a friendly 
error page.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
This should allow the devs to get an understanding of what the user was 
trying to do.

Sharepoint does something similar.  When a person on sharepoint accesses a 
page that they do not have access to, they get a friendly access error 
page, but with a text area that will notify the admin for a request of 
access.  I see this as being a similar way of doing things.  I would even 
go further as to give the option for the user to upload a screen shot image 
of the screen for the devs to see.

ELMAH does not provide friendly error pages and is not within its defined scope 
today. Custom and friendly error pages is best left to the application.
