MySQL Support #190

Hi, there's something programmer here that wants the support for MySQL 
database. it's a free databse and used for medium projects that do not use xml 
and sqlserver.

MySQL support will be available with release 1.2. Meanwhile, you can use it 
today by checking out branch RB-1.2 and building from the sources.
