What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

display Sequence and milliseconds in the Elmah.axd page

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

This would allow order-of-insert sorting for the data by using the Sequence
number.

This would provide a fine-grained view of the date-of-insert.

I agree with viewing the sequence.  I think this is useful info.  But also 
something 
that devs can show the user via a friendly error page in which they can email 
to devs 
saying I" got error###".
