Config tool - PDF dpi value saved to XML as EMF dpi value #105

Regression testing end 2014; Arc 10.1, Windows 7. The EMF dpi value saved to operation_config.xml is the value given in the PDF dpi field in the config tool rather than the EMF dpi field.
