Unprojected data frame #84

Reported by Nick and Chris P following Sudan deployment.

When data frame is Unprojected, automatic update value for "Spatial reference" should be "Geographic, WGS1984", not just "WGS1984"

Datum text is generated from ArcObjects, user can add text in tool to expand as required.

Status: Invalid
