Config tool closes without saving if no export path is entered #87

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start to create a new config file

  1. Don't enter a config path (under settings tab)
  2. Click create config What is the expected output? Warning message that no export path has been entered and return to the form to allow the value to be entered. What do you see instead? A warning message say no value has been entered, then the tool closes without creating a config and you lose the values that have been entered If you are using a MapAction computer please state which one and the path to any data you are using. ma-laptop49 If not what version of the product are you using? On what operating system and what version of ArcMap? Please provide any additional information below.
