I've adjusted the default donor text from: "MapAction is grateful for the support of UK aid from the Department for International Development" to: "Supported by the Department for International Development"

Tool is updated to "Supported by the Department for International Development" but Matt has requested that this be just "Supported by ".

Can the "default" donor credit text please be amended. It now only needs to read "Supported by" for maps with the UKAid logo - This has been agreed with DFID.
