[frontend] Change SRS does show a wrong extent #1602

Describe the bug When you change the srs several times it zooms to a wrong extent

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Mapbender 4.0.0

  1. open application -> Bonn is visible
  2. change EPSG to WGS84 -> Bonn is visible
  3. change EPSG to ETRS89 zone 32 25832 -> ERROR: very small section is visible

Expected behavior After step 3. the same extent of Bonn should be visible
