Remove `btn--stroked--2` and `select--stroked--2`? #983

Can we remove 2 px stroked buttons and selects from this project? They're not part of Studio's design system and removing them would save us from future inconsistencies. These classes are easy to include as an addon to assembly for projects that need them. cc: @katydecorah / @tristen - any objections?
