docs incorrectly reported default queue maxReceiveCount as 300 instead of 10
lambda ReservedConcurrentExecutions was typo'd everywhere
queue subscriptions must be a list
event source mappings need to depend on functions existing first, use a Ref
additional permissions for Lambda functions reading from SQS
event source mapping for SQS -> Lambda needs a BatchSize
