@rodowi, you had brought this in one of our voice conversations.

Current setup for osmcha

Copy over changeset_to_data and predict utility functions
Copy over the trained model, autovandal.pkl

Benefits

autovandal can we added to requirements.txt in osmcha
We can version the model to measure progress over time
We only need to update the package version of autovandal in osmcha instead of copying over everything.

@bkowshik 👍 to making this public. Can you say more about anything private/sensitive in this repo?

Currently I don't see anything private/sensitive other than our assumptions of what makes a changeset problematic. I guess these should not be a problem. Ex:

[x] Rebase and merge https://github.com/mapbox/autovandal/pull/2 and say Hello, Gabbar!
[x] Confirm if pictures are open to use to avoid any violations
[x] Rename repository from autovandal to gabbar
[x] Improve README with reference to how it is currently used osmcha
[x] Flip the switch
