NOTE: This is a work in progress.

One nice thing about the number of features being low is that it gives us the ability to visualize the data and 👀 for any visual relationships between features.
The goal for this PR is to plot features on simple charts to see what we find.
Since this is exploratory in nature, it is OK not to find any visible relationships. 😉

Using Jupyter notebook for analysis with software from Anaconda and data from osmcha.

Notes

Around 10% of changesets reviewed on osmcha-django are problematic.
More than 75% of changesets have counts for create, modify and delete less than ~~zero~~ five.
There does not seem to be any numerical correlation between create, modify and delete.

@anandthakker The analysis is in the attached Jupyter notebook.
