Add transit gazetteer #30

Adds a gazetteer featuring the new transit_stop_label in Mapbox Streets v8. This gazetteer specifically focuses on US cities.

@dasulit seeing that we might want to review transit systems outside of the USA as well, I might rename this gazetteer file so that in the future it can incorporate other country's systems.

Changed over to master as base.

👵 When I initially opened this we only had Streets tiles in the US of A. I should expand this gazetteer to include other systems.
