JSON-LD proofing #39

Add @context, @type, and when to props.json. Asserting that geobuf can round trip GeoJSON with JSON-LD.

Closes #38.

@mourner I was pretty sure this test would pass going in. I'm pleased at how well you've future-proofed geobuf!
