This package should include logic that falls back from one of the Norwegian language codes to any other available Norwegian language code. For example, if only Norwegian (no) is available but Bokmål (nb) is specified, fall back to Norwegian. Conversely, if only Bokmål and Nynorsk are available but Norwegian is specified, prefer Bokmål over Nynorsk.
