Adds an arrow icon.

tested icons in a style with both 11- and 15-pixel square-stroked and triangle-stroked as suggested - definitely looking better after making these updates 🙇‍♀️

edit: @tristen adding a screenshot of the icons at 100% compared to other maki: (ignore that extra bold arrow icon next to it 🙈 )

github sized them up slightly but here they are solo:

@tristen here's a style with this icon in use in a few places - in a custom layer on top and in place of our existing oneway arrow icons with some rough zoom expressions to resize it (we currently use separate oneway-smalland oneway-large icons based on zoom level)
