updating car-related icons

Description of change

These updated icons attempt to modernize the aesthetics of our auto-related maki icons.

There are three icon updates in this PR car.svg, car-rental.svg, and car-repair.svg. These will also align with the newly created road-accident.svg icon.

• [x] Cite changes under the HEAD tag in CHANGELOG.md
• [ ] PR contains only one 15x15 icon
• [x] Changes fall in accordance to the Maki guidelines

Thanks for the feedback! I updated 3/4 points from above. For the number of anchors on the wrench in car-repair, I'm only seeing the necessary amount in Illustrator. Possible Illustrator -> Figma issue?
