Batch scale maki icons and other customizations

Proposal to include instructions for batch manipulation of the maki icons that go beyond what would be expected in the maki editor. Potential customizations:

• Scaling icons to custom pixel values
• Using any svg shape as a background
• Coloring based on category/name/etc.
• Adding drop shadows and other effects
• Padding values for each side around shapes

Potential solutions/recommendations

• Instructions for simple text editor changes with find/replace
• Node script with a couple options for backgrounds, scale, padding, etc.
• Illustrator/Inkscape script with a couple options for backgrounds, scale, padding, etc.
• Adding to the maki icon editor
