adding parking-paid icon #574

Based on this task after a discussion, I tried to change the metaphor to the parking meter, not the coin.

@Udobnyj this looks great. I realized we haven't been updating the changelog the past couple PRs. Would you mind adding these updates above the 7.1.0 release of the changelog like in previous releases but under the title HEAD?
