Updated charging-station icon

Compared with the old charging-station, it looks less pixel aligned. I tried to draw it with a 15px height, and It didn't look right. BUT, rn we zoom down our maki icons on the basic map to 9.6px size; I think we can rethink the pixel-aligning idea.
