Enables symbol style layer annotations.

@fabian-guerra @captainbarbosa My understanding is that this code was manually generated (please correct me if I'm wrong), what're the plans to introduce automatic code generation? I believe that's the approach that the Android plugin currently follows.

Yes, we are manually generating it for now - I think @fabian-guerra had automatic generation on his mind though eventually. This is noted in https://github.com/mapbox/map-extensions-ios/issues/28.
