Readme updated, unpackage cdn link updated, #100

the issue fix with mabbox-gl-leaflet tile repaint on zoom out , wasn't added in https://unpkg.com/**mapbox-gl-leaflet@0.0.3**/leaflet-mapbox-gl.js , i updated the readme to contain the unpackage cdn link containing the version with that fix
