Distribution and Licensing Update Help #16512

I recently received an e-mail from Mapbox stating the following

As a reminder, with these new releases, the core Mapbox GL dependency will no longer be licensed under BSD-2 but will be a proprietary build and licensed under the Mapbox Terms of Service. For most of you, this change will have no meaningful effect. You will continue to be able to develop and debug locally, fork/submit PRs against our Mobile Maps SDKs, and collaborate with us on GitHub.

I use the Mapbox Android SDK with self hosted maps and plan to use the Mapbox iOS SDK with self hosted maps in the future. I assume these libraries have a dependency on Mapbox GL. I don't understand what this change means for my app.

Am I able to use future versions of the Android and iOS SDK for self hosted maps commercially without a commercial license from Mapbox?
