Animations in gesture recognizer guide show a mouse cursor #8244

The “Gesture Recognizers” guide’s animated GIFs depict gestures being performed in the iOS Simulator, so a mouse cursor figures prominently in these GIFs. We should remove the mouse cursor by recording these gestures on a device. Fingertips can simulate touches elegantly.

Or we could use screen-recording software that hides the pointer.

Another reason to re-do these: the images on this page also feature the old Mapbox wordmark.
