Update wording in README #19

This PR updates the following in the README:

Updates the introduction to clarify that Arabic and Hebrew are supported
Removes sentence saying that the plugin is not supported in Studio
Adds sentence saying that plugin is supported in Studio
Adds sentence about the https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-language/ plugin
