Build Core Navigation for watchOS #305

There’s currently no technical reason why we couldn’t produce a build of the MapboxCoreNavigation module for watchOS. We’d add a target to the Xcode project for Carthage, a few more lines to the podspec for CocoaPods, and an extra application on Bitrise.

As of mapbox/turf-swift#32, Turf is now compatible with watchOS. watchOS support in Core Navigation is still blocked by mapbox/mapbox-events-ios#32 unless we disable telemetry on that platform.

Still desirable, but probably more difficult now than when I first requested watchOS support due to the navigation-native dependency.
