Build for macOS, tvOS, watchOS #6

SceneKit is available not only on iOS but also on macOS, tvOS, and watchOS. At a glance, this would require:

[ ] Conditionalizing UIImage/NSImage usage by platform
- This would be a little easier after #7.
[ ] Adding targets and schemes for the other platforms to the Xcode project
[ ] Configuring the podspec to support all four platforms
