Vision Manager not working and vision dependencies failed to resolve

I am new to mapbox, and I followed the instructions on https://docs.mapbox.com/android/vision/guides/install/ but when I gradle sync, all 3 vision SDK dependencies fail to resolve, and when configuring SDK, the VisionManager.init line isn't working as VisionManager isn't recognized

This is my build.gradle file:
