General intent #5

The goal of this repo is to have a fast, reliable way for people to use Leaflet/MapBox.js plugins without needing to download/copy, the same way they do the JS itself.

Currently it seems like the best way to do this would be to start with a few examples and grow it, automatically downloading / CDN'ing but maintaining a strict list of supported code/versions.
