worldCopyJump doesn't preserve "previous world" overlays.

Map doesn't preserve "previous world" overlays when dragging from one "world" to another and "previous world" is still visible.

• [x] I'm sure this is a mapbox.js code issue, not an issue with my own code nor with the framework I'm using (React)

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Create Map with some layers on it.
• set worldCopyJump option to true
• Drag map to the "next world" in the way that both "previous world" and "next world" are visible.

Expected behavior "Previous world" overlays are visible.

Current behavior "Previous world" overlays disappear.

Environment

• mapbox.js version: 3.2.0
• Browser (with version): Google Chrome Version 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• OS/Platform (with version): macOSMojave v10.14.6
