Seems I cannot get environment setup correctly It always show this error

info   Building visual...
 error  LESS  style/visual.less :  The "data" argument must be of type string or an instance of Buffer, TypedArray, or DataView. Received undefined

It is node version issue

For anyone else that stumbles across this issue - you're after Node 12.16.1 (npm 6.14.8).
