There are still issues with doing this I'm sure, but it will decrease overzooming in many cases.

Coverage remained the same at 94.095% when pulling 5d4d072b2a98f326c6f9b92a9d4f4da3205f8ad3 on minmaxsix into d2a41818d7e0de2953f47729c16ed32a16f1ebb4 on master.
