Mapnik-3.6.0 #167

Updating to use the latest version of node-mapnik 3.6.0

@flippmoke seems like there's an issue with the datasource plugins:

Error: Could not create datasource for type: 'csv'

Tests are failing here on linux even after the plugins have been registered. Tests are passing locally on mac, though.
