We have had many problems with cpp-coveralls and codecov has presented itself as an alternative, however, currently due to our problems with cpp-coveralls on travis I have simply removed the code coverage option from travis in https://github.com/mapbox/mapnik-vector-tile/commit/5ae922aa7f2267c14c6278f5484c118ad436816b . We should eventually add code coverage back at some point.
