Remove Fuzzer #246

Due to the use of the fuzzer in Wagyu, I believe the fuzzer in its current state inside this library is no longer needed. The fuzzer in Wagyu covers all of the geometric problems that are tested in the fuzzer in MVT, but it is closer to the library where it would have most impact. Therefore, I believe we should drop the fuzzer in this library currently.
