Inconsistent mapping by a OSM user #287

While reviewing OSM-Cha in LA found this changeset where the community member fixed the data issues created by a new user (chickenisstupid) two months ago. On further digging into chickenisstupid's edits found that he played around with a couple of tags and assigned them to buildings in a small area. Most of them were already fixed by community members. I went ahead and fixed the remaining ones with a comment on his changeset. The sad part is his edits existed in OSM for two months without being noticed😞 . Here are few of the examples of his edits:

Added a water=natural and wood for a building

He is not active anymore. We can keep a close eye on this user and request a block from DWG if he makes further harmful edits.

The user stopped mapping, closing the ticket for now and will keep an eye on the user.
