[USA] Mapping turn restrictions #386

Background

Our team is going to use the signs from the Mapillary to enrich the map with turn restrictions. For the first iteration, we will map no_left_turn restrictions. Link to the OSM Wiki page.

The goal of the activity

To improve map quality by adding turn restrictions

Tools

We used some internal tools for processing. And for OSM edits we use only OSM iD and ground truth sources (street level sources such as Mapilary ).

We start from the 17th of august
