Dear Devs,

I seem to have a strange issue with MB-Util, something that has not happened until now.

The import Row Numbers seem to be wrong.

For instance I have xyz = 9/278/333

Yet in the MBTiles I see

9/278/177 :(

Hi MaC,

Specify --scheme=xyz if you want XYZ tiles, or --scheme=tms if you want TMS tiles.
