Additional Fixtures - Sodor Island / NPM test infrastructure

To test the project thoroughly, we should add additional fixtures to run queries against.

I would suggest building a GTFS feed of Sodor Island.

This fixture should get integrated into our bigger NPM testing architecture.

• [ ] fix interaction between sanitizer and macos builds
• [ ] ensure failing tests actually fail on travis
