[WIP] New color palette & minor UI fixes #10

Aiming to hit out these minor tweaks:

[x] Better color ramp
[ ] Add label on left & right for which Quarter it is
[ ] PUT BACK Geocoding control
[ ] Move the legend, do not let it merge with map
[ ] Make the legend have min & max values
[ ] Popup should show what is relevant property on hover
[x] Labels on the top
