Added more highway classes #189

Added primary and primary_link roads as well into 2 compare functions. Geometry changes and name/ref changes compare functions.

@manoharuss I think highway=primary and primary_link are too common tags to flag. Maybe getting only the ones that also have ref=*, could be a better solution. Furthermore, the Suspicion Reason name is "Motorway/trunk geometry modified" yet.
