Link to restriction validator #74

Per analysis with @chtnha @ajithranka http://restrictions.morbz.de/#18/37.78218/-122.41035 can help spot invalid OSM restrictions that can help in validation work and check existing data quality saving significant effort in manual analysis.

As an immediate step, we could add a link to check the map location on http://restrictions.morbz.de and vice versa which would help use both tools in tandem.
