Summary tiles #12

Looks ugly but API is there and UI layer implementation as well.

Note that it requires setting an URL separately from the geometry layer.

Working on resolving the conflict now.

@ppawel I merged your changes into a summary-tiles branch and I started working on reducing code duplicity. I've not quite finished for today but here's where I'm going: #19 (I don't recommend running this code at this point)

I'll ping you in the morning as I'm having issues getting data tiles out of the latest resurrection branch head.

Closing here, let's work from the local branch #19 now that you have commit access.
