Summary tiles 2 #19

Based on #12 I started to merge in summary tiles with an eye towards reusing code. This is a just a start, not functional yet.

@ppawel this is working reasonable right now from a technical standpoint. Will need some UI love. I.e. switching from summary to changes is still jarring, hard to orient yourself once tiles are gone.
