For build and test purposes - dockerized builds of protozero for a variety of Ubuntu and Debian systems.

Packaging should be solved somewhere else where it can be maintained properly by you or whomever feels responsible for it.

The intention here isn't so much packaging. It's more about getting build and test coverage across a variety of (userspace) Linux flavours.
