Update spritezero to version 6.1.2 #32

I was having a problem running this utility with the previous version (~5.0.0) of spritezero, this PR just updates to ~6.1.0 and also updates a couple other dependencies.

It looks like spritezero is up to v7.0.1, should we update to that while we can?

@dburnsii sure, but baby steps? :) This PR has been around for a while, and probably should be merged before doing another upgrade (which I support 100%)
